Tidewater Pipes & Drums offers piping and drumming lessons from 6 to 7 p.m. every Wednesday at Saint Patrick Catholic School in Norfolk.
Lessons are FREE to all who aspire to play with the band, regardless of age or skill level.
One-on-one instruction at alternative times can also be arranged.
